Reading
We will take the Key Word Test for “A Big Surprise” on Wednesday. Please read the story and practice the key words on Tuesday night. We will begin working on “Come Here, Tiger!” on Thursday. Please review that story and key words on Thursday night.
Math
We will review addition to 6 on Tuesday and take the Chapter 1 test on Wednesday.
Phonics
We will be working on the letters Pp, Ii, Ll and Aa.
Science
This unit in Science is about Balance and Motion. Our first investigation will be on Balance. Ask your child about the “Trick Crayfish!”
Notes
-We have a Student Teacher in our room! His name is Zachary Evans and he is a student from Bloomsburg University. He will be with us until October 16.

Thurs.-Book Exchange Friday-Library class
-We will browse the Book Fair on Thursday or Friday this week and we will shop someday next week. Watch for a buying schedule in the Friday folder this week!
