-read “Life in the Forest” with your child to prepare for the Written Vocabulary and Comprehension Test tomorrow
-complete Math Fact Homework and Lesson 76 Homework sheet
Tuesday (Day 2-Art)
-complete Math Fact Homework and Lesson 77 Homework sheet
-complete the Phonics Homework Sheet 79-use the words in the word box and some of your own to fill up all of the lines to describe the picture!
Wednesday (Day 3-Computer Class)
-We started our new story today in Reading. It is “Honey Bees.” The new key words will be in folders, please review those tonight.
-complete Math Fact Homework and Lesson 78 Homework sheet
-complete Spelling Practice Book pg. 46
Thursday (Day 4-Gym-wear sneakers!)
-complete Math Fact Homework and Lesson 79 Homework sheet
-complete the Spelling Trace and Write worksheet
Friday (Day 5-Book Exchange-remember Library books!)
We will celebrate Dr. Seuss’s Birthday! It is Read Across America Day!!
We will do many fun activities throughout the day, including a special activity with some students from Bloomsburg University!
If your child has a favorite Dr. Seuss book at home, they can bring it to school on Friday to read during free time and share with the class.
Notes
-Miss Fufla, our student teacher has been working on a Dental Health Unit with the class. Ask your child about what he/she has been learning!!
-Please sign and return all papers in the red Test Folder weekly.
-We will have snack every afternoon. Please send your child a snack daily or you can send a box of snacks with your child’s name on it and I will distribute the snacks daily.
