Monday
-In your child’s key word envelope you will find all of the important words that 1st graders should know! We have learned them throughout the year. We took a pre-test on them today. Please use that pre-test and the word cards to practice the words. We will take another final test on the words next Tuesday, May 24. That test will be used as the final Reading grade for this year!
-Read “The Lady in the Moon”-we will not be testing on this story, but please read it with your child tonight and tomorrow night!
-Complete Spelling Practice Book pg. 85 and study-this will be our last Spelling lesson!
-Complete the Math Fact and Homework sheets for Lesson 106.

Tuesday
-We have Gym today-wear sneakers!
-Read “The Lady in the Moon.”
-Practice the white word cards.
-Complete the Spelling “Trace, Write and Spell Aloud” worksheet
-complete the Math Fact and Homework sheets for Lesson 107

Wednesday
-Practice the white word cards.
-complete Spelling Practice Book pg. 87 and study for the Pre-test tomorrow

Thursday
-Have your child read “Hide and Seek” to you.
-We have Library-remember to bring your book!
-Spelling Pre-test; write corrections 3x’s each and study.
-We will go to the High School to see the Spring Concert!

Friday
-Have your child read “Arts and Crafts Day” to you.
-Parents need to sign and return test papers in the Friday folder.
